He is a Guest Faculty of some of the reputed Engineering Colleges and empanelled with some of the reputed Management Consultants of India.

The Simply Best Soft Skill Training Academy is led by Subrato Bose, who is a Trainer, Executive Coach and CEO. Anushua Mitra is Executive CEO and looks after the HR functions and administration of the academy.
